Hi, my name is Nathan and I am 13 years old. I wanted to share what I think are the benefits to home schooling.....


The first reason I like home school is that I can spend more time with family. I am not away at school for 8 hours. It is nice to get school done and already be home with no home work waiting.

Second, I get done with school at 2:00. If I am fast I can get done at 1:30. After school I help with chores, then I have the rest of the day to play.

Third, I can work at my own pace. I can go ahead in school if I am able. If I am having trouble I don`t have to hurry to keep up.

Last, home school is a lot calmer than public school. I have been to public school, and it is very hectic.

I am so glad home school is still allowed in America!
